A compliance platform for healthcare nonprofits drowning in federal reporting. Weave replaces the gap between spreadsheets and $10K/year enterprise tools with deadline tracking, report pre-population, and document management purpose-built for organizations managing HRSA, SAMHSA, CSBG, and tribal health grants.
The Problem
Healthcare nonprofits and community health organizations live under a constant weight of federal reporting obligations. Miss a deadline, lose your funding. File an incomplete report, trigger an audit. The tools available to manage this are either inadequate (spreadsheets, shared calendars) or prohibitively expensive (enterprise GRC platforms built for Fortune 500 compliance teams). The organizations doing the hardest work in public health have the fewest resources to manage the paperwork that keeps them operational.
Our Approach
Weave is built in three tiers to serve different scales of the problem:
- Free alert layer — auto-generates compliance deadlines from federal program data. No login required. Just know what’s due and when.
- Pro tier — pre-fills reports from prior submissions, cutting hours of redundant data entry. When last quarter’s answer is still correct, the system knows.
- Complete tier — built for intermediaries managing sub-grantee networks. Consolidated reporting, enter-on-behalf workflows, and oversight dashboards across an entire portfolio.
Key Capabilities
- Urgency-tiered notifications — escalating alerts at 30, 14, 7, 3, and 0 days, plus overdue tracking. Six alert levels with email template generation.
- Calendar view — colored deadline dots showing compliance status at a glance across all active grants
- Report pre-population — carries forward prior submission data, flagging what’s changed and confirming what hasn’t
- Tribal sovereignty support — 638 contract tracking, CSC calculations, and GPRA measures built in from the start, not bolted on
- Intermediary oversight — consolidated reporting across sub-grantee networks with enter-on-behalf workflows
- Document management — centralized storage for supporting documentation, organized by grant and reporting period
Built With
Next.js App Router with cookie-based persona auth. JSON data store with 50+ database methods. Built from seven specification documents covering splash content, alert UX, tribal health workflows, intermediary oversight, and data verification patterns. 572 tests, zero TypeScript errors.

In active development. Core compliance engine and notification system operational.
