Plyworks (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit plyworks.ai.

Information we collect

Request access submissions. When you request access, we collect what you provide: your name, work email, shop name, and anything you tell us about what you make, your quoting volume and the systems you run. We use it only to evaluate and respond to your request.

Analytics. Site analytics are provided by Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. We don’t use tracking cookies or sell data to third parties.

How we use your information

We use what you send to reply to you and, where there’s a fit, to discuss early access. We don’t add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Data retention

Submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records.

Third-party services

Our form uses Resend to deliver email, so your submission passes through their service. See Resend’s privacy policy for how they handle data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted here with a new revision date.
