We agree one job code and a sample of past requests and quotes. The agent sees only the information available at the time, then we compare its drafts, questions and passes with what your estimator actually quoted.
Tell us which job system and accounting tools you use and how you store requests. We’ll confirm the connection or export needed for the sample before we agree to start. Access to your systems is read-only.
We review the results together and decide whether that job code is ready for draft quotes or needs more work. Your estimator approves every live quote. Additional job codes have to prove themselves separately.
